Guided by our core values, safety, customer-service, reliability and employee-focus, our operational philosophy is to be the safest railroad in the industry and protect our employees, customers, suppliers and the communities in which we operate.We believe in giving back to the communities in which we live and work, through employee volunteerism and fundraising. Examples of our community spirit include support of United Way and its programs, Susan G. Komen and breast cancer awareness, our apprentice program for high school students and the Toys for Tots Foundation each Christmas with our annual Santa Train.
